Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai ethnicity and nationality 2. good health with no chronic diseases 3. legal adults aged between 18-60 years 4. able to read and write Thai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. individuals with history of food or dietary supplement allergies 2. those with muscle or bone injuries that impede exercise 3. those with serious communicable diseases 4. those with oral problems affecting chewing and swallowing 5. those currently taking other dietary supplements or herbal products 6. pregnant or breastfeeding women 7. those with intellectual disabilities affecting communication 8. those who withdrew from the study midway 9. those who provided incomplete questionnaire responses or information
