Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly aged more than 60 years old with Functional ambulation classification score 4-5 2. Positive result after screen with 2-Questionnaire fall screening 3. At-risk result assessing by Thai-Frat (has score between 4-11 scores) assessed by primary care operator
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who had dementia or abnormal cognitive functions that could impact the understanding and reduced compliance of the training 2. Patient who suffers from relapsed orthopaedic disorders of lower extremities 3. Patient who has uncontrollable medical conditions and could not bear the exercise training according to The Physical activity readiness questionnaire 2023 (2023 PARQ+) 4. Elderly who could not tolerate the weak intensity exercise training (normal walk speed) as of the gait and balance training
