Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of automated external defibrillators (AED) are critical life-saving skills, particularly in out-of-hospital cardiac arrest scenarios. However, the skill level of community volunteers is often limited due to traditional didactic training methods. Experiential learning offers an engaging and hands-on approach to skill acquisition and retention.
