Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Adult patients with skeletal class III (Wits appraisal less than -5 mm), 2 Patient with a plan to undergo orthognathic surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 craniofacial deformities, 2 cardiopulmonary diseases, 3 hypothyroidism, 4 polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), 5 pregnancy, 6 history of orthognathic surgery, 7 history of ENT surgery (e.g., uvulopalatopharyngoplasty), 8 BMI > 35 kg/m2
