Interventions

This group followed a diet based on 77 recipes developed by the research team. These recipes adhered to the study defined criteria for a healthy diet while maintaining traditional Thai flavors. The HT

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants were eligible for the study if they had at least 1 abnormal health index, including 1. a body mass index (BMI) greater than 25 kg/m2 2. LDL-C levels over 130 mg/dL 3. blood pressure exceeding 140/90 mmHg 4. fasting blood glucose (FBS) levels above 100 mg/dL, or 5. were undergoing treatment for chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, stroke, hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes, or obesity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included individuals diagnosed with 1. cancer 2. those with infectious diseases 3. bedridden patients 4. individuals dependent on others for care, or 5. those unable to prepare or access the HTD independently.
