Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female participants experiencing low back pain for more than three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: individuals with severe pain, underlying medical conditions, neurological disorders, recent fractures, or those taking medications affecting muscle or blood circulation
