Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients must be 20 years old and over 2) Patients presenting with a single tooth edentulous area of the lower and/or upper jaw 3) The soft and hard tissue is not altered or modified within the last 6 months. 4) A healing period of at least 3 months following the last extraction in the proximity of planned implant placement was observed in all cases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Medically compromised subjects (ASA classification III-V) 2. Generalcontraindicationsagainstimplanttreatment(e.g.,immunodeficiency, advanced systemic diseases) 3. Medications: bisphosphonates, RANK-L inhibitor monoclonal antibodies, corticosteroids 4. Previous neoplasm or irradiation therapy in the head and neck region 5. Unwillingness to return for follow-up appointments 6. Pregnancy 7. Smoking
