Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients ages between 11-18 years old who visit the cardiac outpatient or scheduled for hospital admission at the department of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital 2. Currently prescribed spironolactone for a total duration of more than 3 months 3. Participants are currently not on any treatment for acne vulgaris 4. Participants give informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.) Participants have underlying disease(s) (such as thyroid disorders) or are prescribed medications (such as steroids or anti-epileptic drugs) that are associated with risk of acne vulgaris or acneiform eruption
