Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged less than 15 years who are hospitalized in a general pediatric ward or pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital and have been identified positive blood culture.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are hospitalized in a nursery / special care unit (SCN) / neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) ward 2. Incomplete medical records of the primary outcomes e.g. data on antibiotic use
