Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with remitted bipolar disorder 1) Patients with remitted bipolar disorder in psychiatric clinic that were diagnosed remitted bipolar disorder by psychiatrist 2) Thai Young Mania Rating Scale less than or equal to 10 points 3) Thai Depression Inventory less than or equal to 20 points 4) Thai nationality and communication with Thai language 5) Received consent Patients with mild- moderate Alzheimer's dementia 1) Patients with mild- moderate Alzheimer's dementia in psychiatric clinic that were diagnosed mild- moderate Alzheimer's dementia by psychiatrist 2) Thai Mental State Examination more than or equal to 21 points 3) Thai nationality and communication with Thai language 4) Received consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with remitted bipolar disorder 1) Patients with remitted bipolar disorder who were treated with electroconvulsive therapy 3 months or less prior to date of consent 2) Patients with remitted bipolar disorder who were diagnosed substance use disorder, moderate severity or substance use disorder, severe by psychiatrist except tobacco use disorder and cannabis use disorder 3) Patients with remitted bipolar disorder who have severe neurological or psychiatric disorder that cannot provide information 4) Patients with remitted bipolar disorder who were diagnosed with neurocognitive disorder Patients with mild- moderate Alzheimer's dementia 1) Patients with mild- moderate Alzheimer's dementia who were treated with electroconvulsive therapy 3 months or less prior to date of consent 2) Patients with mild- moderate Alzheimer's dementia who were diagnosed substance use disorder, moderate severity or substance use disorder, severe by psychiatrist except tobacco use disorder and cannabis use disorder 3) Patients with mild- moderate Alzheimer's dementia who have severe neurological or psychiatric disorder that cannot provide information 4) Patients with mild- moderate Alzheimer's dementia who were diagnosed with bipolar disorder
