Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. individuals with perennial allergies 2. participants voluntarily participated in the study by providing informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with unmanaged systemic illnesses or life-threatening infections 2. patients who have previously received treatment for any chronic diseases substance abuse and/or dependence, and pregnant or lactating women 3. patients with psychiatric disorders and self-reported immunocompromised conditions 4. patients with a history of allergies to any Thai herbal medicines
