Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Singleton, Term pregnant women Scheduled cesarean section Anesthesia technique by spinal block
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Urgent, unscheduled C/S Patients requiring MgSO4 Placental abnormalities eg. Placenta previa, Placenta Accreta Operative complication requiring extended NPO General anesthesia Failure to comprehend or understand Thai language Patients wich delivered by normal labor before scheduled C/S date Postpartum Hemorrhage, EBL > 1000 ml Operative time >2 hrs
