Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children with inattention and/or hyperactivity symptoms age 5-15 years old with sleep problem at least one from -Bedtime resistance/ sleep onset delay - Insomnia -Sleep behavioral problem; nightmare, daydream, bedwetting, sleep bruxism -Respiratory problem; snoring adenotonsillar hypertrophy -Daytime sleepiness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) by a doctor - Has severe developmental problems, including cerebral palsy and intellectual disability (IQ < 70) - Has chronic underlying conditions, including heart disease, cirrhosis, and muscular weakness. -Has a diagnosed underlying condition of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in children, diagnosed by a doctor and confirmed through a sleep study (polysomnography).
