Participants must be older than 20 years of age, have CIEDS with an atrial lead capable of detecting AHRE at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital or King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital or Vajira Hospit

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age older than 20 years old 2. Implanted with CIEDs with atrial lead capable of detecting AHRE 3. Presence of AHREs detected by CIEDs 4. Presence of a telemonitoring device. 5. Ability to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with persistent or permanent AF 2. Planned for cardiac surgery or catheter ablation within monitoring period
