Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Surgical adult patients admitted in Surgical intensive care units of Ramathibodi Hospital with Venous ultrasound assessments within 24 hr

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused to participate in the study 2. Patients with previously known conditions that interfere with portal Doppler assessments (liver cirrhosis, portal vein thrombosis, or severe tricuspid regurgitation with structural heart disease) 3. Patients with severe chronic kidney disease (estimated glomerular filtration rate <15 mL/min per 1.73 m2 or in regular dialysis program) or renal transplantation 4. Patients with obstacles to abdominal ultrasound include those with severe obesity (BMI of 40 or higher or abdominal burn wounds that may impede ultrasound 5. Pregnancy

The risk factors association between systemic venous congestion and AKI in postoperative surgical ICU patients. within 48 hr after the completion of surgery in all patients admitted to the ICU defined according to KDIGO as Cr more than 0.3 mg/dl from baseline within 48 hr or urine output less than 0.5mL/kg/hr for greater than 6 hours,The risk factors association with venous congestion in intraoperative period within 48 hr after the completion of surgery in all patients admitted to the ICU data collection
