18 Years to 22 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria 1. Healthy volunteers (non-athletes) 2. Female, aged between 18-22 years 3. Body Mass Index BMI between 23.0-24.9 kg m 4. Able to read, communicate, and write in Thai. 5. No history of using any type of herbal medicine, including single herbal products, traditional formulas, or herbal products, for at least one month prior to participating in the study. 6. Willing to participate in the study after being informed of its objectives, methods, risks, and potential benefits. 7. No history of using products or supplements related to weight loss for at least one month before joining the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1. Individuals with abnormal metabolism (e.g., diabetes). 2. History of heart disease, kidney disease, or liver disease. 3. Allergic reactions to Triphala extract, such as diarrhea or rash. 4. History of major surgery in the past year. 5. Pregnant during the study period or planning to become pregnant. 6. Currently using contraceptive pills. 7. Individuals with alcohol abuse or chronic alcoholism.
