Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients more than 18 years of age 2. Acute renal failure that required non anticoaggulate continuous kidney replacement therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Patients recieveing systemic anticoaggulants at time of CKRT initiation 3. Patients that need strict isolation protocol 4. Patients with palliative aims 5. Patients without inform consent
