18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than or equal 18 years and less than or equal 85 years 2. The patient or a first-degree relative (in cases where the patient is unable to decide) is willing to participate in the study and has signed the informed consent form. 3. The patient has an arterial line with pulse contour analysis in place. 4. The clinical team has decided to perform a fluid challenge or fluid loading, such as hypotension or oliguria. 5. The patient has no contraindications to head elevation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Increased abdominal pressure (more than 12 mmHg) 2. Post-spinal anesthesia within 6 hours 3. Pregnant patients 4. Increased intracranial pressure
