Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being a professional nurse working in the ward that provides care for patients undergoing knee replacement surgery at Rajaphibat Hospital who has not yet received specialized training in orthopedic nursing, 4-month course / short-term course.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) A professional nurse who is the head of the ward. (2) Leave for further studies, maternity leave
