Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged over 18 years. 2. Patients with an ASA classification of 1-3. 3. Patients admitted to Vajira Hospital for at least 48 hours. 4. Patients undergoing hip replacement surgery at Vajira Hospital between June 1, 2023, and June 1, 2024. 5. Patients with low-impact hip fractures resulting from minor accidents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete data for calculating AKI risk prediction scores or inaccessible medical records. 2. Patients with stage 4 or 5 chronic kidney disease or those undergoing renal replacement therapy. 3. Patients who died prior to or during surgery. 4. Patients with a history of prior hip replacement surgery.
