Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Close fracture of 2nd or 5th Metacarpal neck with meet surgical criteria 2. Older than 15 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant hand fracture 2. Pathologic fracture 3. Open fracture 4. Intra-articular fracture 5. Comminuted/ Segmental fracture 6. Previous abnormal hand function
