Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years and older. 2. Diagnosed with primary chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) according to the EPOS 2020 criteria. 3. Willing and able to cooperate with the research study. 4. Healthy participants for baseline score of the new translated PROM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. History of radiation therapy to the head and neck. 2. Congenital craniofacial abnormalities (craniofacial syndrome). 3. History of trauma to the face and nose. 4. Underlying pulmonary diseases, such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). 5. Pregnancy. 6. Inability to read Thai.
