Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 55-80 yrs 2. Primary unilateral TKA 3. No active infection / chronic inflammatory disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. chronic inflammatory disease, e.g. U/D RA, SLE 2. Hx.active cancer or bone tumor 3. Hx.Fracture at proximal tibia, distal femur or patellar 4. Hx.active injection, e.g. pneumonia, COVID-19 infection, active UTI 5. ASA classification IV-V
