Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20 years or older who are taking Apixaban at doses of 2.5 mg or 5 mg, administered after meals, twice daily (morning and evening), for the treatment of atrial fibrillation, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), or pulmonary embolism (PE) for at least one week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving Heparin and Low Molecular Weight Heparin 2. Patients with severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh C) 3. Platelet count less than 50,000 /mm3 4. Severe renal impairment (eGFR <15 ml/min/1.73 m2)

Diluted Russell's Viper Venom Time (dRVVT) At the beginning of study DRVVT screening and confirmation using Sysmex CS-2500 with LA1 Screening and LA2 Confirmation reagents, results reported as clotting time (seconds).,Apixaban level At the beginning of study Apixaban level (ng/mL) measured by one-stage chromogenic assay using Sysmex CS-2500 with Biophen Heparin LRT and Biophen calibrators.
