Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient aged 65 years old or over undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. emergency surgery 3. cardiothoracic surgery 4. Patient with critically ill condition eg. severe sepsis, respiratory failure 5. Patient who is unable to cooperate for CFS assessment eg. confusion, dementia, neurological disorders, cognitive impairment 6. Patient with contact/airborne precaution 7. More than 3 day hospitalization 8. Any health conditions that interfere BATT measurement eg post above knee amputation, lower-limb joint stiffness
