Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary early osteoarthritis of the knee patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to cortiosteroids 2. Patients who received systemic steroids 3.Chronic kidney disease stage V
