Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60 years old and above, Hip fracture Undergoing surgery at Vajira hospital Navamindradhiraj university

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal, Urgent surgery before CSF assessment ,Cannot performed postoperative follow-up, Unable to answer questions such as dementia or confusion, Bilateral hip fracture, Died before or during surgery
