Patients suspected of ST segment elevation myocardial infarction who were consulted through the eCardio application at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2024.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged more than 18 years 2. Patients with suspected of acute STEMI and consulted through the eCardio mobile application from January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Absence of ECG data in the eCardio application. 2. Absence of clinical presentation data in the eCardio application
