50 transmasculine individuals aged 18-40 years, visiting the Gender Health Clinic at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital for GAHT(testosterone enanthate)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individual who define themselves as transmasculine Seeking for gender affirming hormone therapy Hormone-naive age > 18 years can use and communicate with Thai language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: non-binary/asexual underlying disease of psychiatric disorder non-hormone naive, undergoing gender affirming treatment individuals which contraindicate for gender affiriming hormone therapy
