Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thai patients aged 18 years and over who have been diagnosed with dysthyroid optic neuropathy due to Thyroid eye disease. And have a reduced visual acuity worse than 20/20. Including having at least 1 of the following criteria for the diagnosis of dysthyroid optic neuropathy. 1. positive relative afferent pupilary defect. 2. reduced color vision. 3. abnormal visual field. 4. Imaging Diagnosis with an increased amount of eye movement muscles or apical crowding (muscle index more than 50% ) based on CT scan or MRI. Participants must be followed up by evaluating strabismus after treatment ends at least 6 months, with indicators being the ocular alignment in primary position obtained from alternate prism cover test or red glass test or from a frontal photograph with the cornea reflection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other eye diseases that affect strabismus, including. 1.1) Was diagnosed strabismus before. 1.2) Had orbital decompression surgery before. 1.3) Had eye muscle surgery before. 2. Patients whose medical history did not clearly diagnose about thyroid eye disease.
