Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged more than 18 years Spontaneous labor First and second degree of perineal wound tears Singleton Vertex presentation Can read and write Thai language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women who had postpartum hemorrhage Assisted delivery by forceps or vacuum Manual removal of the placenta A multiple perineal lacerations Allergy lidocaine drugs Renal or hepatic disease Epidural anesthesia Women who had perineal infection (ex. condyloma,chancoid) Perineal wound hematoma Women who had receive lidocaine injection >10 ml
