Age
18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with unresectable cancer causing biliary obstruction who have: -Bismuth stage 3 and 4 biliary obstruction. -Left intrahepatic dilatation. -More than 80% viable liver volume. -No ascites. -Aged 18-85 years. -An Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Performance Status Scale level of 0-1. -An expected lifespan of more than 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with insufficiently stable vital signs to undergo endoscopic biliary procedures. 2.Patients with coagulation disorders, indicated by a platelet count less than 50,000/mm3 or an 3.International Normalized Ratio (INR) greater than 1.2, even if corrected with blood products or medications. 4.Pregnant women. 5.Patients who are unable to provide informed consent.
