25 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with symptoms of neurogenic claudication or low back pain as defined by the criteria. 2. Patients have undergone X-ray of the lumbar spine in the AP and lateral views. 3. No history of previous spinal surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with neurological deficits due to other causes, such as stroke. 2. Patients with osteolytic lesions or fractures detected on X-ray images. 3. Patients diagnosed with spondylolisthesis based on X-ray images. 4. Patients diagnosed with scoliosis from X-ray images (Cobb angle > 10 degrees). 5. Patients with incomplete radiographic images (according to the standardized criteria set).
