Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who had visited pain clinic and follow-up as OPD patients only during january 2022 to november 2023, 2. Patient who had visited pain clinic and follow-up by using Telemedicine system only during january 2022 to november 2023

Exclusion criteria: Patient who had visited pain clinic and follow-up by using both Telemedicine system and as OPD patients during january 2022 to november 2023
