Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) a registered nurse who has passed four months of training as a nurse practitioner (primary medical care). 2) Being a nurse practitioner working in a PCU. 3) Having at least one year experience in nursing service. 4) Being computer literate in Microsoft Office programs, Zoom applications, Line applications, Facebook, and accessing the internet. 5) Willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those on vacation include sick leave and study leave during the data collection period. 2) Work part-time in PCUs. 3) Being unable to participate in all activities.
