18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age between 18 and 60 years of age - Diagnosed of chronic primary ITP according to the American Society of Hematology 2019 Practice Guidelines for Immune Thrombocytopenia -Not received any therapy for at least 6 months before enrollment -Platelet count between 30,000 and 100,000/mm3 at the time of enrollment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with secondary ITP - Pregnant or lactating woman - Undergone a previous splenectomy - Patients with serum AST and ALT levels exceeding the normal upper limit - Serum creatinine level greater than 1.5 mg/dL. - Patients taking glimepiride, artesunate, digoxin, or ciprofloxacin during the therapy
