Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients aged 65 years or older diagnosed with cuff tear arthropathy who underwent reverse shoulder arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with underlying coagulopathy, proximal humerus fractures, primary or metastatic bone tumors, revision surgeries, preexisting infections, and issues related to axillary nerve injury or deltoid muscle deficiency

24-hour postoperative hemoglobin levels chang 24 Hour change of pre-operative and final Hb recorded during the hospital stay, Hb loss was then used to calculate total blood loss, according to the method described by Good et al.
