the treatment of RUTF will be getting the same amount of RUTF for those with sever acute malnutrition of 2 sachets per day and 1 sachet per day those with moderate acute malnutrition. These cases will

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All children with M U A C less than 12.5 cm, 2. Weight for height or length z score of less than -2, 3. Oedma of plus 1 or 2, 4. Clinically well, 5. With good appetite

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are less than 6 months and above 59 months, 2. Those with poor appetite, 3. Nutrition Oedma of plus 3, 4. Marasmus Kwashiorkor, 5. MUAC of less than 9.0cm
