60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Muslim elderly individuals with comorbidities, including hypertension and diabetes, in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province. 2. Aged 60-80 years, both male and female. 3. No cognitive impairment, with the ability to understand and communicate in Thai.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participate in a non-continuous program for 6 weeks. 2. Have been diagnosed with COVID-19 during a group activity or suffer from a severe illness that prevents participation in the activity.
