Conditions

This study focuses on older adults aged 60 and above, including those who are healthy as well as those with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). It aims to improve their physical, cognitive, and psychosocial health using a smartwatch and a multi-level intervention program (e.g., physical activity, cognitive training), which will be delivered through an application designed specifically for elderly individuals. Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sub-project 1-1 Questionaire 1. There will be 150-300 cases accepted. 2. Aged 65 and over. 3. Ability to communicate and read Mandarin or Taiwanese. Sub-project 1-2 Focus group 1. Each focus group discussion will have 10-15 participants, resulting in a total of 30-45 participants. 2. Aged 65 and over. 3. Ability to communicate and read Mandarin or Taiwanese. Sub-project 2 1. There will be 200 participants in this study. 2. There should be the expectation of 100 in the group with normal cognitive function (CDR=0). 3. There should be 100 participants in the mild cognitive impairment group (MCI, CDR = 0.5). 4. Own a smartphone and be able to use it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sub-project 1-1 Questionaire 1. In the last three months, patients who have suffered from acute disease factors affecting cognitive function or mental health. Sub-project 1-2 Focus group 1. In the last three months, patients who have suffered from acute disease factors affecting cognitive function or mental health. Sub-project 2 1. Having severe visual or hearing impairments. 2. People who are ill with other major physical diseases and are difficult to operate on.
