Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Professional nurses who are permanently working in the Pediatrics Department, in the general/special pediatric ward at Phra Pokklao Hospital, with the study population consisting of all nurses working in the year 2024 (B.E. 2567). 2.Children aged 0-5 years diagnosed with acute lower respiratory tract infections, admitted for treatment in the general/special pediatric ward at Phra Pokklao Hospital during the period from August 2024 to March 2025. 3.Families of the sick children (fathers, mothers, or primary caregivers) who can read, write, and communicate in Thai and agree to participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Professional nurses who are permanently working in the Pediatrics Department, in the general/special pediatric ward at Phra Pokklao Hospital, but are unable to participate in the research activities throughout the project, such as those with plans for short-term training leave, further education leave, or maternity leave, etc. 2.Children aged 0-5 years diagnosed with acute lower respiratory tract infections who have other comorbidities that hinder their participation in the study or when the physician deems them unsuitable for participation. 3.Families of the sick children (fathers, mothers, or primary caregivers) who are unable to participate in the research throughout the project.
