Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who are aged 18 or older. 2. Patient with non-pedunculated polyp size 20-30 mm in the left side of colon
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who has underlying familial adenomatous polyposis syndrome 2. Patient who has underlying inflammatory bowel disease 3. Patient with previous attempts at resection of the lesion 4. Lesion has signs of submucosal involvement on endoscopy. 5. Lesion involving the dentate line. 6. Patient who is pregnant 7. Patient with a bleeding tendency 8. Patient who is unwilling to provide written informed consent.
