Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Primary OA knee (Diagnosis from clinicial and radiograph) undergoing elective Unilateral Total Knee Arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergic history of drug used in this study 2. Immunocompromised patients 3. Impaired cognitive function 4.Revision Surgery 5. Poor controlled diabetes mellitus (HbA1C > 8) 6. Impaired Renal Function, GRF < 30 7. Patients with history of Systemic Corticosteroid used within 3 months 8. Patients with chronic used of opioid > 3 months 9. Patients with history of gastrointestinal bleeding 10. Patients with BMI > 35
