Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - 1. Diagnosis of primary knee osteoarthritis 2. Age 50-80 years old 3. unilateral total knee arthroplasty
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of severe injuries to the knee 2. Patients with the following underlying diseases; 3. connective tissue disease, gout and pseudogout 4. Patients who received patellar resurfacing TKA. 5. Patients who have previous surgery on the same knee 6. Patients with flexion contracture (extension less than 90 degrees or flexion greater than 30 degrees) 7. Patients have anterior knee pain before surgery 8. Patients with patellar deformity 9. Patients with abnormal motion of patellofemoral joint 10. Patients with patellofemoral joint arthritis
