Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) undergoing knee replacement surgery for the first time 2) have no problems with hearing, vision, able to read 3) people over 60 years of age must have a Thai Mental Status Examination (TMSE) test score of more than 23 A score that shows the absence of dementia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Sample group Have psychiatric symptoms in the active phase such as hallucinations, delusions, and 2) have physical co-morbidities such as cancer or kidney failure.
