Interventions

The patients aged 65 years old or higher will be assessed preoperatively with both MoCA (Group1) and Thai-version of SAHE (SAGE-Thai) (Group 2) and then again at postoperative day 5 with both MoCA and
POCD chracteristic as efficiently as MoCA. ,The patients in Group 2 are the same as ones from Group 1. However, the patients in Group 2 will be assesed by SAGE-Thai

65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 65 years old or higher undergoing surgery under general anesthesia 2. Patients admitted 5 days or more postoperatively 3. Patients who can communicate (speak, read and write Thai) and understand Thai 4. Patients with no severe visual/ausitory impairment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot communicate in Thai 2. Patients with severe visual or auditory impairment
