No minimum to 15 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient aged < 15 years with supracondylar humeral fracture classified into Gartland's type III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with open fractures. 2. Patients with vascular injuries requiring surgical exploration. 3. Patients with associated vascular and nerve injuries following open reduction. 4. Patients with inadequate initial radiographic images. 5. Patients with incomplete medical record documentation.
