18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 to 65 yrs old 2.Femoral fracture that need to skeleton traction 3.Time when fracture to hospital not prolong than 48 hours 4.Skeleton traction within 72 hrs before definite internal fixation 5.Glasglow coma score 15 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple injuries 2.Acute limb ishcemia 3.DM patient 4.Pathological conditions in the brain and mental 5.Pain control before skeleton traction 6.Allergy to Lidocaine 7.The abnormality in sensation 8.Baby , eldery , chornic patient
