Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants aged between 40 and 70 years, 2.Participants with basic knowledge of table tennis, 3.Participants with the ability to engage in physical activity without medical restrictions, 4.Participants who can commit to attending all sessions during the 30-day intervention period, 5.Participants who provide informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with prior professional experience in table tennis, 2.Participants with severe cognitive or physical disabilities, 3.Participants with medical conditions that limit recreational activities, 4.Participants who are unable to commit to the 30-day intervention period, 5.Participants who do not provide informed consent.
