Interventions

One liter of green tea beverage contain 898.1 mg of total catechin in six week intervention,One liter of placebo beverage with no total catechin in six week intervention

30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were adults aged 30-60 years who have 1. total cholesterol >200 mg/dL and or LDL cholesterol >130 mg/dL,<189 mg/dL, or triglycerides >150 mg/dL <400 mg/dL 2. no history of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, kidney or liver disease, 3. no smoking, substance abuse, and alcohol consumption 4. no lipid-lowering supplements or drug within 3 months 5. have no weight loss of more than 3 kg within the last 3 months 6. no food allergy including tea, caffeine, or sweetener.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were 1.pregnancy and lactation women 2. abnormal in CBC, liver and kidney function tests.
